The apartments are comfortably furnished and functionally equipped with everything that is needed: from the shower to the shoehorn, from the refrigerator to the bread knife etc.
You live undisturbed: the house (non-smoking) has only four self-contained apartments and the office of our family company. Our foreign guests especially benefit from this feature: we are almost always accessible at night for a tip, a favor or an errand. In summer you can relax in our park-like back garden, just like at home!
Your second home is located in the south of Dresden, adjacent to the campus of the Technical University and not far from the Great Garden.
Dresden’s city center is very close; the house is just two or three kilometers away from the Semper Opera, Zwinger, Palace and Brühlscher Terrasse. The Prager Strasse (shopping district), Altmarktgalerie (large shopping mall) and main train station are all nearby as well.
Tram and bus stops as well as a taxi stand are all in close proximity.
If you wish, you may park your car on the street directly in front of the house.
Heating, electricity, hot and cold water, cable-TV, trash removal etc. are included in the monthly rent. These extra expenses are charged separately in the case of short stays of a few weeks.
Upon request we provide towels and bed linen. A washer and dryer are available in the lower level and may be used for an extra fee.
Wireless internet (WiFi) is available.
