The living/bedroom is located in the south-east corner of the house and is particularly quite. A window (with shutters) faces south accompanied by a large French door (with blinds). This door opens on to the back garden.

In the living room there is a large wall unit with a Murphy bed, a sitting area with a coffee table and TV, a round table with chairs and a large wardrobe. The floor is comfortably carpeted.

The kitchen is equipped with built in cupboards and counters including a refrigerator and electric stove and oven. For a quick breakfast, there is table and chair installed directly in front of a window (also with shutters) and the floor is fully tiled. The bathroom has a bath, toilet and sink and is also fully tiled.
